Our History
Artelia in the Philippines traces its roots to 2006, with the founding of PacificTech Solutions, Inc., established to deliver specialized engineering and technical services in the Philippines. In 2016, PacificTech Solutions became part of the MOE Group, marking an important step in strengthening its capabilities and international connections.
In 2019, both entities joined the Artelia Group, and Artelia Philippines, Inc. was formally established as the unified local entity. By 2020, Artelia assumed full ownership, followed by the merger of business operations in 2021, bringing all expertise under one organization.
Today, Artelia in the Philippines combines strong local experience with the global strength of the Artelia Group to deliver integrated engineering, consulting, and project management solutions.
