19 April 2023 – Ms. Elonah Santos, the Business Development Officer of Artelia Philippines, attended the BCi Asia Leadership Forum in Ortigas, Pasig City. The event is a specialized training and forum that places a focus on selling skills and result-driven selling for diverse sectors. 

Practical Leadership Institute CEO Jeff Manhilot talked about marketing to and selling to diverse industries. As a CEO, he recognizes and fully understands the challenges faced by current and aspiring leaders in their careers. He put the principles into practice with the teams he led. It gives him the ability to empathize as well as help others who are experiencing similar challenges. 

Entrepreneur and well-known motivational speaker Mr. Francis Kong talked about his path as an entrepreneur and the many ups and downs along his journey. He gave some motivational takeaways: “It is not happiness that leads to a sense of gratitude. It is always gratitude that leads you to a sense of happiness.”
