On November 22, Artelia Philippines was recognized to be one of the finalists for the Involve Award Category: Best in Corporate Social Responsibility in the recent “IncrediBIZ Awards 2022” by Ayala Enterprise Circle.

The IncrediBIZ Awards: Involve Award Category honors businesses who incorporate CSR through every aspect of their operations. CSR initiatives that make a difference in the lives of the beneficiaries.

The Sustainable Youth Development Program was designed by Artelia Philippines and Artelia Foundation that started last February to June 2022. The Program aims at conducting training seminars to guide youth participants in their future professional endeavors. Its mission is to empower and nurture at-risk youth by providing proactive solutions and thereby, overcoming poverty within the community.

Bantu Philippines is a non-profit group that uses Capoeria Angola to reach out to the youths in the slum of San Andres Bukid in Manila. Taking activities rooted in Capoeira Angola’s musical and physical traditions and translating them into productive learning experiences that aimed to assist the youths in developing behaviors and capabilities was not enough. Bantu Philippines started supporting the youths in getting and keeping jobs, but realized it was very difficult. Together with Bantu Philippines, the Sustainability Youth Development Program offered training seminars that would help and guide disadvantaged youths for their future.

Artelia Philippines, together with Bantu Philippines, is honored to have been nominated as a finalist for this prestigious event.
