Shell Car Wash

The new Shell Car Wash was conceptualized as a modular construction for easy installation and scalability. Its size can fit to various site layouts without altering its general design, look and feel. This construction reduces onsite man-hours exposure because the fabrication of modular components can be done offsite. Another good feature of the Shell Car Wash is its flexibility; adjustments like adding or reducing bays can be done smoothly.

The evolution of the car wash and its construction came a long way. Back to the old days, car wash shops were merely just enclosed driveways which accommodates a few people to manually clean cars using hoses, brushes, and soap.

The car wash system itself evolved followed by the evolution of the way they are constructed. In the recent years, the modular construction of car wash shops surfaced. What sets this method apart from the traditional construction method is the coordination of all car wash systems with the construction method itself. Modular construction collects all information prior to commencement which allows fully integrated plans to be ready for fabrication.

As of August 2021, a total of six service stations were successfully installed with the new Shell Car Wash.
